Membership: Affiliates in 76 countries (April 1956). Single national delegation from each country. Delegation claims to represent nation's women in toto, with members elected by dues-paying WIDF-member organizations only.

Leadership structure: Executive Committee, including President (Eugenie Cotton (French), 1945-?), Vice Presidents,  Secretary General, Secretaries. 

Sponsored events: WIDF Congress, World Congress of Mothers, specialized conferences
